If you want to do the tether exercise, you should lie down with your feet flat on the floor. You should place your hands on your side. Then you need to visualize a vacuum cleaner that is powerful. Imagine that it is pulling your energy down from your head to your feet. Do this for about 10 minutes, and you will notice that your body is getting more relaxed.
