If you haven’t heard of Joe Dispenza, he is a chiropractor and neuroscientist who studies the science behind spontaneous remission. He uses meditation modalities to change brain wave patterns and help people heal themselves physically and emotionally. He is able to use his knowledge of neuroscience, epigenetics and quantum physics to show that our minds have the power to change the molecules in our body.
He is also a speaker and has taught workshops around the world. He believes that our human consciousness is much more powerful than we think and that by learning to use it, we can heal ourselves, others and the planet. His workshops are evidence-based, with participants using EEG brain scanning equipment to monitor their physical and emotional responses.
The joe dispenza 15 minute meditation podcast is the collection of his most popular and effective guided meditations. It contains meditations that are less than 30 minutes long and can be used daily to transform your life. The first one is Tuning into New Potentials which asks you to imagine 2 potentials for your future and then broadcast your energy as that dream self in order to call it in to you. It’s similar to Project Coherence but slower and requires you to sustain elevated emotions as your embody that new you.
This is the most difficult of the meditations to do and it’s recommended that you do it at 4am in the morning, when your pineal gland is active (which allows you to feel altered states similar to those felt by psychedelic drugs). It will require you to focus on a specific part of your body and then on the space around it. It will take time to master it but if you do, you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for digesting and repairing tissues.
