These meditations allow you to reprogram the subconscious mind and become an architect of your own reality.
He says that you can change your body's chemistry in minutes and can even regenerate neurons, turn off genes that signal disease and improve the function of your organs and the entire system. He calls this the Law of Attraction in action, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
These meditations start with basic exercises to develop the capacity to sense energy and move it upward through the heart chakra. This allows you to achieve brain coherence, which is a state where the rhythms of all your systems - including the blood pressure, respiration and heart rate - synchronize into a smooth, regular pattern.
After you've practiced these basic exercises, it's time to try the more advanced meditations. These include Project Coherence, Water Rising and the Generous Present Moment. These take you deeper into the quantum field, but they're still easy to do. You'll spend more time focusing on the various parts of your body and the space around them. This will help you lower your brain waves from beta to alpha, tetha and eventually delta if you're good at it.
One of the most powerful meditations is Body parts in space. It's the most complete of all the meditations and will probably take you the longest to finish. It asks you to focus on a body part and the space it occupies, which is fairly simple at first but then gets more complex as you progress. By doing this repeatedly, you'll be able to reach Delta and maybe even delta-theta.
