If you are interested in taking a meditation class, you may want to consider a course with the Insight Meditation Society. They offer many different types of classes for different ages, and they are also a good option if you are looking for a teacher training program. You can find out more about their programs here.

It's no secret that Sharon and DaRa Barre are renowned gurus in the art of meditation. That said, the eponymous ole's got some competition for the title of the best meditation center in town. The award is a close call between the two, although Rae isn't a particularly close second. Interestingly, the eponymous is a bit more than happy hour. For the better part of a year, the ole's has been a bit of a tyro, albeit a tad sassy. Luckily, the ole's snobs have been a bit more forgiving. They still make it a habit to stop in for a midday snack or two. So if you're in the neighborhood, swing by and say hello. Among other things, Rae is the aficionado of all things mindfulness related.
