The Netflix series Ozark has some pretty daring characters, but maybe none more so than the main character of the show, Darlene Snell (Lisa Emery). She’s strong, mean, she’s a drug lord and now she has a baby. This makes her a very scary person. And it’s safe to say that no one should ever want her around their children.

In season two, the Snells kidnap Pastor Mason Young and his pregnant wife Grace (Michael Mosley and Bethany Anne Lind). They cut her open and take her baby, Zeke, with them. As the season progresses, Zeke bounces around various homes. He was first looked after by the Byrdes, then the Snells.

By the end of season three, Darlene finally convinces the Byrdes to give her custody of Zeke. She surprises ’Ozark’ fans by demonstrating some first-class mothering skills with the child.

But the idyll doesn’t last long. Javi kills both Darlene and her new husband, Wyatt Langmore, in a shocking twist that ended up bringing the whole family down.

As the final season of ozark nears, many fans are wondering what will happen to baby in ozark. There is no official word yet, but some speculation suggests that Baby Zeke will be returned to the Byrdes. Others are hoping that Ruth will take the infant as she has proven to be a very devoted mother. Still others believe that the baby will be adopted by locals.
