A familiar face is back in a big way. Caroline Renfro, aka “Caroline,” has returned to screens for those popular local Kia commercials that feature Billy Fuccillo and his car dealership in Southwest Florida. The beauty, who has pitched cars for the dealer on TV commercials and radio spots and mailed fliers to customers for eight years, stepped away from her role in late 2017.
But a few weeks ago, the dealership’s manager told us that he’d invited Caroline to come back, and she agreed. They both tape about 35 commercials a month for the store. They’ve helped sell 7,500 to 8,000 cars a year at the Cape Coral location, making it Kia’s No. 1 dealer in the nation.
The pair usually tapes their commercials from the store’s showroom, where they greet customers and show off vehicles. They’re a huge hit and draw huge crowds when they appear at public events, too. The two have a natural on-screen chemistry and are a big part of the dealership’s success.
Normally, a commercial star’s contract lasts for a specific amount of time. However, if the actor or actress continues to perform well in their job, they can often have their contracts extended. This is true for Caroline Renfro and her role as a sidekick in the Billy Fuccillo Kia commercials.
Caroline Renfro was born in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1981. She is a professional spokesperson and has promoted a Charlotte Bobcats basketball team and a supermarket chain based near Charlotte. She also has a blog called the To & Fro Show. She is married and has one son.
