If you're a cable subscriber, you might have noticed something odd. The big cable giant Comcast has quietly moved two Viacom (VIA) channels, Spike TV and CMT, out of its less expensive programming tiers and into a more costly one. The move comes after CMT denied a rotation of Jason Aldean's new video, which depicted him in the context of a small lynch mob.
The move is a blow to country music fans who still wanted to watch the network, especially now that its "woke" policies have made it hard for them to find. Comcast subscribers can now find CMT on 61 for Washington and Oregon or 1608 in Colorado Springs, Boulder and Sprints.
