What Happened to DJ Paul Arm?

July 29, 2023

The American rapper DJ Paul is not only a member of the group Three 6 Mafia, but also a producer and entrepreneur. He has released a large number of albums and soundtracks to movies, and is regarded as the originator of crunk music. He also founded his own record label Scale-A-Ton Entertainment, co-owns a clothing line called Dangerus/Skandulus and has his own collection of BBQ seasonings. In addition, he is the half-brother of Ricky Dunigan (aka Lord Infamous) who died in December 2013 at the age of 40.

The rapper has been spotted on stage with his right arm in a cast. He is often asked about this ailment and he does not always give a straight answer. What he actually suffers from is a condition known as Erb's palsy, which results in the affected arm growing much slower than the other. Roughly one or two out of 1,000 babies are born with this disease.

The rapper has not really addressed what happened to his arm in a serious manner publicly, but he did offer an NSFW explanation during one interview. His fans however, don't seem to be worried about his disability. They rather marvel at his incredibly talent. After all, he only has one fully functional arm and that only makes his performance even more impressive. Especially when his crowd goes crazy.
