Joe Gatto left Impractical Jokers after nine seasons, which made a lot of fans wonder what happened to him. Gatto was part of a group of friends called The Tenderloins that were featured on the reality show, which follows four comedians as they compete to embarrass each other. The series debuted on truTV in 2011 and quickly became a hit. It even spawned spinoffs like Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party and an upcoming film in 2020.
On New Year’s Eve in 2021, Gatto announced he was leaving the show. In his post, he explained that it was because of his separation from Bessy, and that he needed to focus on being a good father and co-parent. He also expressed his gratitude for the other jokers.
In his absence, the remaining three members of The Tenderloins continued on with the show. They even invited celebrity guests to help fill in the gaps without Gatto. As a result, it’s safe to say that there is no bad blood between the former jesters.
As for Bessy, she’s stayed very close with her ex-husband. The two have shared many photos of themselves together and their children, Milana and Remington. In February 2022, Bessy even showed up to one of Joe’s comedy shows with the kids in tow. Since then, Bessy has been spotted multiple times with the family, including at concerts by Imagine Dragons and the Rolling Stones. She and the kids have also been on vacations with Joe, which has given a glimpse into their happy life after their split.
