Julius 'JT' Clark appeared on season eight of the hit TLC series My 600lb Life and was undoubtedly one of the show's most memorable stars. He started off weighing 892 pounds, making him the second heaviest star to ever appear on the show, behind Sean Milliken (who sadly passed away in 2019). In addition to his enormous weight, JT had a 100-pound lymphedema mass on his leg that made it impossible for him to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Throughout the season, JT followed Dr Younan Nowzaradan's rehab programme and managed to shed over half of his body weight. At the end of his journey, he was over 400 pounds lighter and ready to have his 100-pound lymphedema mass removed.
While many of the people featured on My 600lb Life manage to maintain a good level of health after the show, others have a hard time sticking to their goals. Some of them even go back to their old habits and regain all the weight they lost in the first place. As for JT, he has been keeping a low profile on social media since the end of his stint on the show. This has prompted some fans to wonder what happened to jt on 600lb life and if he was able to get his lymphedema removal surgery.
While most of the stars from My 600lb Life tend to stay active on social media in order to show off their newfound physiques, JT has kept his profile relatively low since leaving the show. As Distractify points out, this is probably because he has been working to lose his remaining fat and prepare for his lymphedema removal surgery.
