Who is the Most Flexible Person in the World?

October 16, 2023

The most flexible person in the world is a man named Mukhtar Gusengadzhiev, who can fold himself into a twine, hold his leg over his head, and perform other incredible contortion acts. He is also a model, actor, and coach. He has won many competitions and holds multiple records in his field. He has appeared in magazines, calendars, TV shows and movies showcasing his talents.

His incredible flexibility is due to a genetic condition called hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which allows him to dislocate his joints and bend in ways most people could only dream of. He says he spends 12 hours a day stretching in order to achieve his amazing flexibility, which is why it looks so seamless on stage.

Another person with exceptional flexibility is a girl named Leilani Franco from the Philippines, who has twice won a place in the Guinness Book of Records. She lays on the floor and her legs run around her, doing 25 laps per minute. She also holds other records, such as a timed run in the bridge position and a performance in the rubber genre.

She's also a great showwoman, combining her talent with comedy. Her videos are full of funny situations and stunts, like when she crashes an In-N-Out Burger and eats a hamburger with her feet! She can also dangle from the ceiling, dance with her hands in the air and bend with a split-second. We're sure she inspires young gymnasts to reach for the stars.
